E4D workshop 1: Dental Assistant and Dental Technician workshop
Objective: to provide the Dental Support team with an understanding of E4D by introducing the primary features and functions of the Design Center, Milling Center and the DentaLogic software that powers the system. The workshop will also look at how both the assistant and technician can be an integral part of Cad/Cam Dentistry. Pre-registration required.

Dr Becker is the sole BioPAK Interpretation Instructor for BioResearch Associates,Inc., represented in Australia by Body Logic Australia. Ray is responsible for teaching and certifying all new Total BioPAK users, including TScan, TScan/EMG link,JVA, and EGN, TENS technologies and systems. Join us for this hands-on session with these exciting, cutting-edge technologies.

Topics include camera and equipment, how to take clinical photos hand-on, Managing the Digital work flow (how to manage the photos digitally) using programs like Aperture 3, or Light Room. Evening
7 for 7.30pm ASCD Dinner at Museum of Contemporary Art, Circular Quay featuring The Penguins, a light classical quartet, a three-course dinner with accompanying wines and our special guest speaker Mr Martin Grunstein. Martin Grunstein is a speaker who gets conference delegates to take action after the meeting. Martin Grunstein tells stories of Australasian applications of his concepts that people will relate to as consumers and be able to apply to their business. He has outstanding results with over 500 Australasian companies across over 100 industries have made him this country’s most in-demand speaker on outstanding customer service. Martin Grunstein’s two keynote presentations “Making Profits in Changing Times” and “The Future Of Business” have helped change the way some of this country’s cleverest companies do business.
The ASCD has asked Martin to use his expertise to encourage dentists to look at their businesses differently and take action to change them for the better, with particular reference to a niche market at the conference, chairside ceramics and the dental consumer.

 


The venue for the ASCD Conference Dinner is the Museum of Contemporary art, overlooking the Opera House and Circulay Quay. The Museum is a short walk from the Intercontinental Hotel.
